My Parents Are Going Through Divorce

We are here to help and offer you support as you go through this difficult and often times confusing situation.   Divorce is never easy for anyone.  Especially the children involved as you don't get a say in any decision that is being made. That often leads to frustration and sadness and sometimes confusion and anger.  Just know that through this, you are never alone and you always have someone to talk with.

The most important thing is to take care of yourself.  Talk when you need to talk, eat and drink plenty of water, get some exercise and ask for help.
