My Depression Is Exhausting
Question
I have had depression since early teen years, and although it doesn't seem to get worse it still is exhausting trying to cope with it. It is very frustrating, because it comes and goes in waves. I do not always know what causes it, and then when people ask what it is wrong, I have to simply tell them that I do not know.
