My Best Friend Is Trying To Kill Himself

Thank you for writing in, this must be very concerning for you and you seem like a very good friend to care. There are several things you can do to try to get some help to your friend. You can notify his parents of what is going on, if you don’t know his parents very well or aren’t comfortable with this you can tell your parents. You can call 911 and ask them to do a welfare check on him to assess his safety or you can give your friend the Boys Town National Hotline number to call for help and support. We are here 24/7 and we will help anyway we can.
