Bullied A Lot

I get bullied in school a lot by a older teenager and she pushes me, calls me mean names and talks behind my back. I went to the school about it and they said they would have her stop and she never did. It's been two years and she still does it to this day.

We’re glad you took the time to reach out and let us know what is going on. You stated that you are being bullied by someone at school and the administration said they’d help. You were smart in making them aware of what is happening. Sometimes it helps to keep following up with them and letting them know the specifics of the situation. You might need to start documenting the actions and what you are doing to help yourself. We understand the impact this must have on you and having support is huge. Keeping the school aware will hopefully open up some eyes.

Remember, you can’t control anyone or their actions. What you can control is you and your actions. Be wise, take what you need to get through your day to make it a great day, let go of what you don’t need.
